Join Us for DEI Drop-Ins
By member request, we’re trying something new: DEI Drop-Ins. These virtual, informal, short sessions create space for connecting, learning from, and building community with one another, especially during this period when the news is moving fast, our communities are struggling, and communicators are expected to hold it all together.
We’ll provide one to two discussion prompts to get you started and then you’ll spend 20 minutes in a small group breakout with the opportunity to talk with and pick the brains of other communicators who are dealing with similar situations and work as you.
Who Should Attend
These sessions are designed for public relations and communication professionals at all levels committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, especially in the face of evolving challenges.

Dan Hauser, APR
Dan Hauser, APR, is director of communications and education at the Minnesota Medical Association, a nonprofit that advocates on behalf of Minnesota physicians and physicians-in-training. He has provided communications expertise to a variety of well-known brands during his career, including 3M, Honeywell, Xcel Energy, The Star Tribune, Rubbermaid, Polaris, The Coleman Company and the Minnesota Vikings. He served as president of the Minnesota PRSA Chapter in 2020. He has also volunteered for several Minnesota PRSA committees on communications, membership, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
