Join Us for DEI Drop-Ins
After our February 2026 DEI Chat, we heard from our members that they were interested in more opportunities to informally connect, learn from and build community with their Minnesota PRSA peers, especially during this period when the news is moving fast, our communities are struggling and communicators are expected to hold it all together. So, we’re introducing a new, virtual opportunity for connection: DEI Drop-Ins.

While similar to the quarterly DEI Chats, the DEI Drop-Ins will be shorter and even more casual. We’ll provide one to two discussion prompts to get you started and then you’ll spend 20 minutes in a small group breakout with the opportunity to talk with and pick the brains of other communicators who are dealing with similar situations and work as you.

Who Should Attend
These sessions are designed for public relations and communication professionals at all levels committed to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion, especially in the face of evolving challenges.

The DEI Drop-Ins series is free for Minnesota PRSA members and students and $10 for non-members. Register now!

Laurie is a member of the Minnesota PRSA DEI Committee. She currently hosts a radio show for AM950, frequently featuring guests working in the space of diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility.
